Gate Installation Guide
Prepare the Posts
Dig holes deep enough so that each post can be embedded 3 to 4 feet into the ground.
Ensure the posts extend 7 or 6 feet above ground after installation.
Keep a 5 mm gap between each post and gate to allow smooth movement.
Position the Gate Panels
The total gate width is 20 feet (2 panels).
Each gate panel side is 5.2 feet tall, with an arched top design.
Position the panels so that the gate sits 3 to 4 inches above ground level.
Install Hinges
Place the top hinge exactly 1.75 inches from the top of the gate.
Place the bottom hinge 1.75 inches from the bottom of the gate.
Install the middle hinge at 1.75 inches from the center line of the gate.
Reinforce with Steel Plates
Attach steel plates at the blue-marked areas for additional support and long-term durability.
Final Adjustments
Ensure both panels align perfectly at the center.
Check gate clearance above the ground.
Verify smooth swing operation before completing the installation.
